We want every Jerk Villa experience to be a positive one. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below:

Order Issues

If you need to make changes to your order or report an issue, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be changed or fully refunded.

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory upon pickup or delivery, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and may be issued for:

  • Incorrect or missing items

  • Food quality concerns

  • Delivery delays caused by Jerk Villa

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer errors (e.g., wrong items ordered, incorrect address entered)

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party delivery (e.g., Uber Direct)

How to Request a Refund

Payment Reversals

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
